Save Your Career Without Leaving Your Job

On this week's episode of IMPACTability®, we're joined by highly acclaimed author Darcy Eikenberg. Her book, "Red Cape Rescue: Save Your Career Without Leaving Your Job" details how someone can navigate a challenging job market in order to position themselves into a better career. So what about you? Are you looking for a job or already have one that might not be right? Maybe you're just ready for a new challenge or change of pace. Should you stay put in your current job? Whatever your situation, we have the answers for you!

Darcy’s work focuses on helping leaders and high-performing professionals manage through times of constant change. With over 20 years’ experience working with top companies around the world, she strives to bring her clients a practical, real-life perspective that creates true business and personal results, but with a touch of humor and heart as well.

Her clients have included Aon, Mondeléz International, State Farm, The Coca-Cola Company, and Deloitte, among others. She speaks inside companies at leader and team development events, as well as for professional associations such as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the Society of Actuaries (SOA). Darcy is a frequent guest of the media and has been quoted in the Harvard Business Review, ThriveGlobal, Forbes, CNN.com, and the Atlanta-Journal Constitution among others.
